虚拟制造环境下轿车白车身装焊线建模与仿真研究

摘    要:在虚拟制造环境下,集成微观的制造工艺内容和宏观的离散事件系统2个层次,建立了典型白车身装焊线数字模型,实现了在计算机上对实际生产景况的三维直观表达。以此数字模型为基础,结合系统仿真技术和具体的寻优算法,针对兼顾成本和效率的目标函数,进行装焊生产线缓冲区优化设计等方面的研究。

Abstract:The performance of car body welding line directly determines the quality, the productivity and the economy of car body. Integrating the detailed manufacture process at microcosmic level with the discrete event system at macroscopic level, the digital model of one typical car body welding line is built in the virtual manufacturing environment. Based on the model, combining the system simulation technology with particular optimization algorithm aimed at the objective function considering cost and efficiency, some research on this production line, such as buffer allocation, is introduced.
