剑杆头磨损失效分析

摘    要:剑杆织机中起引纬作用的剑杆头高速往复运动,与纱线相互接触,很容易受到磨损导致报废。本文利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱成分分析对剑杆头进行了失效分析,从磨损机理上探讨其失效原因。结果表明,剑杆头与纱线的磨损属于疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损。在此基础上,在剑杆头常规处理工艺基础上,提出了改进措施。

Abstract:Rapier head is used to pull the weft yarn across the loom with high speed in rapier loom.Rapier head is susceptible to wear,resulting in scraping.Failure analysis of rapier head was carried out with optical microscopy,SEM and EDS.The result shows that the wear of rapier head is combining of the fatigue wear and the grain-abrasive wear.Improving meuswres based on conventional rapier head anti-wear treatment process are also proposed.
