小转炉"低铁耗、高冷料比"冶炼工艺的研究与实践

摘    要:通过对小转炉"低铁水耗、高冷料比"冶炼工艺的研究,开发了"延迟提枪、后期低枪"的操作方式,操作中遵循"早化渣、低碱度、高MgO"的炉渣控制技术,以及"前期快速升温、过程升温平稳"的温度控制原则,解决了操作过程喷溅和终点生铁块不熔化的难题,保证了转炉操作的稳定顺行;为小转炉在高炉铁水不足的情况下提高钢产量提供了借鉴.

Abstract:According to research on the smelting process of low iron consuming, high cold smelting charge in small converter, this paper finds a process of delay lifting lance, low lance latterly. According to slag control technology of early slagging, low basicity, high MgO and temperature control principle of quickly heat up in the earlier, steadily heat up in the process, this paper solves the problem of splashing in the process and molten pig iron can't be smelt, then assures smooth and steady converter operation. This paper provides the reference of increasing steel production when the hot metal is scarce in small converter.
