机器人全自动双丝焊接工艺技术

摘    要:根据优化的焊接工艺规范参数进行合理编程,掌握编程规律,并通过优化的焊接编程指导机器人完成焊接,避免了焊接裂纹的产生、减小了焊接结构变形、解决了焊缝质量不稳定的问题,提升装甲车辆焊接构件的整体质量,提高批量生产稳定性,同时降低了工人的劳动强度和生产成本。

Abstract:In this paper,according to the optimal welding process parameters,the programming was carried out reasonable.And then by researching the programming law,the welding with the robot under the optimal process parameters was realized.By these parameters,the weld crack can be avoided,the weld deformation can be reduced and the problems on the unstable welding quality can be solved.And the quality of welding structure on armored cars and the stability of mass production can be improved,at the same time,the labor intensity and production costs can be reduced.
