| 摘 要： | 保护名城、名镇(村),实际就是保护名城、名镇(村)的历史文化遗产,记忆人类昨天、前天及前天之前天的文化足迹。可持续性的保护文化遗产,首先要从提高认识着手;其次,文化遗产的保护要从环境的、伦理的和文物自身价值角度去全面理解。本文概述了国外保护在管理体制呈现出四大特色和非政府组织保护活动的特殊作用。注意国际文化遗产保护足迹、加强保护立法可操作性、注重教育等,亦都可以称之为国外历史文化名城名镇保护策略之要举。

| Abstract: | Toprotectcelebratedofcitiesandtown isinfacttoprotectcultureheritageofcelebrated ofcitiesandtownprotection,tomemoryhuman historyanditsculturesites.Thefirstforthepro- tectionofculturalheritageistoenhancecognition. Secondly,cultureheritageconservationmustbe understoodfromangleofenvironmental,moral- ityandvalueofitself.Thispaperdiscussesfour featuresconcerningtheadministrativesystemof conversationonabroad,andthepeculiarroleof non-governmentorganizations(NGOs)inthepro- tectiveaction.Topayattentiontothetrackofcul- ture heritage protection in the world and to strengthenthemaneuverabilityoflawandruleto manipulating,etc.,maybearethefocusesofthe protectionstrategiesonabroad. |
