ZL205A铝合金铸件流线缺陷研究

摘    要:以实际生产过程中ZL205A铸件的流线缺陷为研究对象,采用SEM、EDS、DSC分析手段,研究了流线缺陷对铸件力学性能、组织、成分和熔点的影响。结果表明,流线缺陷对试样力学性能有一定程度的影响,但绝大多数满足I级指标要求;流线缺陷试样断口形貌主要为细小的韧窝孔洞,表现出较好的塑性;流线缺陷合金基体以α-Al固溶体为主,并含有Ti、V、Mn、Cu等合金元素,以及片状灰白物质Al3Ti相;流线缺陷试样吸热峰初始温度、相变峰值温度和合金熔化结束温度均比无缺陷试样吸热峰值高13、5和6℃。

Abstract:Effects of streamline defects in practically produced ZL205A alloy castings on mechanical properties,microstructure,composition and melting point of the alloy were investigated by SEM(scanning electron microscope),EDS(energy dispersive spectrometer)and DSC.It is found that the streamline defects have a little effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy castings,and the major can meet the requirements of I grade.Crack morphology of samples with streamline defects is characterized by fine dimple hole,exh...
