摘    要:硬度是工业涂料施工后验收的一个关键指标,其不只是简单的物理参数,也侧面反映了材料的弹性、强度、耐磨性等性能。常见的测试方法有铅笔硬度、邵氏硬度、莫氏硬度、表面硬度、摆杆硬度等。本文论述这几种硬度测试方法的应用和要点。

Abstract:Hardness is a key indicator for the acceptance of industrial coatings after construction, which is not only a simple physical parameter, but also reflects the elasticity, strength and wear resistance of materials. Common testing methods include pencil hardness, Shore hardness, Mohs hardness, surface hardness, pendulum hardness, etc. This paper discusses the application and key points of these hardness testing methods.
