摘    要:速凝剂作为喷射混凝土的主要组成,其与水泥的匹配性制约着喷射混凝土的使用。本文从凝结时间和力学性能两方面评价无碱液体速凝剂对普通硅酸盐水泥、低热硅酸盐水泥、道路硅酸盐水泥的适应性。结果表明,以硫酸铝为主要成分的无碱液体速凝剂与P·I型普通硅酸盐水泥的适应性最好,在掺量较低的情况下即可达到标准要求。从力学性能看,掺加速凝剂后对道路水泥早期和后期砂浆抗压强度贡献最高。

Abstract:Accelerator is a main component of shotcrete, and its compatibility with cement restricts the use of shotcrete. This paper evaluates the adaptability of alkali-free liquid accelerator to ordinary Portland cement, low-heat Portland cement and road Portland cement from two aspects of setting time and mechanical properties. The results show that the accelerator with aluminum sulfate as the main component has the best adaptability to P?I cement, and the shotcrete can meet the standard requirements even with a low dosage of accelerator. From the perspective of mechanical properties, the contribution of accelerator to the early and later compressive strength of road mortar is the highest.
