光伏组件PID测试偏差对测试结果的影响

摘    要:电势诱导衰减(PID)测试被用于验证光伏组件在长期高电压作用下的功率衰减影响,但不同实验室的PID测试结果常存在偏差。本文结合实验室中易影响测试结果的因素,分析影响测试结果的关键环节,发现样品稳定状态、样品缺陷、电气连接、人员操作、测试条件等均会对测试结果产生影响,导致实验室测试结果差异。

Abstract:Potential induced attenuation (PID) test is used to verify the power attenuation effect of photovoltaic modules under long-term high voltage, but there are often deviations in PID test results from different laboratories. This paper combines the factors that easily affect test results in the laboratory, and analyze the key links that affect test results. It is found that the stable state of the sample, sample defects, electrical connections, personnel operations, testing conditions, etc. can all affect the test results.
