摘    要:通过对泡沫混凝土的配合比设计,制备A03~A14密度等级泡沫混凝土,对其湿干密度、抗压强度、吸水率和软化系数进行测试,研究湿干密度之间的关系及各密度等级与各性能之间的关系,并对试件裂缝分布和宽度进行观测。结果表明,泡沫混凝土的湿干密度存在正相关性,抗压强度随干密度增加而增大,且存在二次函数关系,干密度等级为A14时的抗压强度最高为26.9MPa;吸水率随干密度等级增加而减小,与干密度成二次函数关系;软化系数与干密度存在幂函数关系,随干密度等级增大而升高。干密度等级高的泡沫混凝土的裂缝分布更狭小且均匀。

Abstract:Foam concrete with A03~A14 density grade is prepared through the mix design, and its wet and dry density, compressive strength, water absorption and softening coefficient are tested to study the relationship between wet and dry density, as well as the relationship between each density grade and property. The crack distribution and width of the specimen are also observed. The results show that there is a positive correlation between wet and dry density of foam concrete. The compressive strength increases with the increase of dry density, and there is a quadratic function relationship. The highest compressive strength is 26.9MPa when the dry density grade is A14. The water absorption rate decreases with the increase of dry density, which is a quadratic function relationship with dry density. There is a power function relationship between the softening coefficient and dry density. The softening coefficient increases with the increase of dry density grade. And the crack distribution of foam concrete with high dry density grade is narrower and more uniform.
