| Abstract: | Using wheat and maize as raw materials,the content of T-2/HT-2 toxins were detected by high performance liq?uid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)and rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique,and the applicability of rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique was discussed.The results showed that the de?tection limit and quantitative limit of rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique were 4.3μg/kg,2.9μg/kg and 10.9μg/kg,8.0μg/kg.The repeatability was accorded with test requirements,the recovery range of matrix addition was 80%~116%and the specificity was good.Rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique as a rapid detection of fumonisin in grain has high accuracy and stability. |
