高流态混凝土机理及在某工程中的应用

摘    要:对高流态混凝土流态化的机理及在高层框架结构中的应用进行了论述和分析。精心研究并在文科楼应用的高流态混凝土在施工中具有良好的流动性、抗分离性、间隙通过性和填充性。硬化后强度高,耐久抗性好。由于免振捣和在混凝土中掺合了大量粉煤灰,因此在施工中缩短了工期,节省了劳力,降低了成本,无噪音、不扰民,具有良好经济效益和环保效益。

Abstract:The fluidization mechanism of high flowing concrete and its application in high rise frame structures are discussed and analyzed. The high flowing concrete using in art building projects has good fluidity, anti separation quality, passing quality through gaps and filling characteristic. And the concrete has good intensity and durability after hardening. Because of avoiding tamping and mixing many amounts of fly ash many advantages are acquired as reducing time and labor power, cutting down the cost, no noise and un disturbing residents. The high flowing concrete has good economic benefit and environmental benefit.
