摘    要:利用Tompa拓展的Flory-Huggins溶液理论,对聚丙烯腈(PAN)湿法纺丝凝固过程中相分离机理进行了初步探讨.针对聚合物/溶剂/非溶剂体系,计算了溶剂-非溶剂、溶剂-聚合物以及非溶剂-聚合物的体系相互作用参数,得到了高浓度三元体系的双节线.结果表明,相对于二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)币二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc),以二甲基亚砜(DMS0)为溶剂的体系中双节线离聚合物-溶剂轴的距离最远,非溶剂与溶剂之间的双扩散缓和,是纺丝体系中溶剂的最佳选择.湿法纺丝的相分离存在瞬时双扩散和迟豫双扩散两种机理,瞬时双扩散机理引起纤维内部产生孔洞.
