| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了陕西省视讯网络建设的概况，总结了视讯技术的发展过程，然后简单介绍了传统会议电视系统，详细描述IP视讯系统的特点、系统构成、网络层次、业务应用，并展望视讯市场的发展趋势，最后指出IP视讯系统是宽带网络发展方向之一。

| Abstract: | First of all, this article summarizes on the construction of video communication network in Shaanxi province as well as the development of video communication technology. And then it introduces on the traditional video conference system and describes in details the features, systematic design, network layers, and applications of IP video communication system briefly. In addition, the article envisions the system's future based on its current marketing development and indicates that IP video communication system is tendency of future broadband development. |
