| Abstract: | This paper dicusses the relationship between marine diesel engine and environmental protection, and the requirement of environmental protection to marine diesel engine, especially used in downtown area. It also introduces the limitation of the domestic and overseas laws and regulations to marine diesel engine and some means for reducing the environmental pollution. |
