ANSYS在连杆疲劳寿命分析中的应用

摘    要:首先利用UG软件对连杆三维建模,然后应用ANSYS软件对其进行疲劳分析,通过分析能够得到连杆在重复载荷作用下的疲劳寿命及安全系数,能够很好地预测连杆在实际应用过程的工作情况,并能够预测连杆在重复载荷情况下疲劳裂纹的产生,为连杆的设计和改进提供参考和依据。

Abstract:Firstly the 3-D modeling of the connecting rod was built with UG software. Then, it makes a fatigue life analysis with ANSYS software to predict the fatigue life and obtain the safety factor under repeated loading, which can correctly predict the working condition of the connecting rod in the actual application, as well as the emergency of the fatigue crack under the repeated loading, so as to provide reference and evidence for designing and promotion of the connecting rod.
