基于活动定义的机械产品变型设计过程研究及其应用

摘    要:为了在产品变型设计过程中有效重用各类零件资源,提出从设计活动的角度对机械产品变型设计过程进行建模,并给出了变型设计过程建模的框架结构。首先,基于大规模定制生产对零件的分类分析了不同类型零件的变型设计模式,并在零件结构参数层构建了零件之间的尺寸约束关系网络图;接着,给出了三元组的变型设计活动定义,以此为基础构建了变型设计活动的逻辑结构模型;然后,从活动和零件两个不同的层次,定义了机械产品变型设计过程的配置规则,由此可以派生出不同定制产品的变型设计过程,实现对不同类型零件资源的重用;最后,通过实例进行了验证。
