基于广义预测控制的汽车EHB压力控制仿真研究

摘    要:在考虑高速开关电磁阀饱和和死区效应等因素的基础上,联合AMESim与Simulink仿真软件建立电子液压制动(electro-hydraulic brake system,EHB)液压系统仿真模型。通过系统辨识获得了预测模型,在广义预测控制理论基础上设计了制动压力控制器。为了验证该控制器的工作性能,进行了基于EHB系统的轮缸压力控制仿真实验和汽车防抱死制动仿真实验。结果表明:在系统参数时变的情况下应用该算法是可行有效的,该控制算法较一般的PID控制进一步提高了汽车的制动性能。

Abstract:In order to set up a hydraulic model of EHB system precisely,AMESim and Simulink were both used considering the dead zone and saturation properties of high-speed solenoid.Then a predictive model was developed by system identification.A hydraulic controller was designed based on GPC theory.The simulations of wheel cylinder pressure control test and anti-lock brake tests show that the GPC controller is feasible and effective even when the parameters of hydraulic system are time-varying.Compared to traditional...
