摘    要:以降低汽车主减速器的噪声为目标,进行了低噪声双曲面齿轮的计算机辅助优化设计的研究.通过CAD优化设计使双曲面齿轮设计参数得到有效控制.使齿轮的齿面重叠系数准确达到预先设定的目标值,从而在加工精度相同的情况下,使所设计出的双曲面齿轮啮合噪声最低。

Abstract:This article has eonducted the computer auxiliary optimization design research of the low noise hyperboloid gear, reducing the noise of the automobile main reducer for the goal. Through the CAD optimization design the hyperboloid gear design parameters were under the aclive control, thus the overlap coefficient of the hyperboloid gear achieved accurately establishes in advance, and ensured the design of hyperboloid gear with the lowest noise level under the same machining accuracy.
