数控重型曲轴铣车复合加工机床旋风刀架有限元分析

摘    要:针对数控重型曲轴铣车复合加工机床旋风刀架的结构特点,利用UG软件建立其三维模型,对旋风刀架恒流静压导轨的油膜刚度进行了计算,采用ANSYS软件建立了旋风刀架有限元模型,并进行了静力和模态分析,得到了其应力分布图、结构变形图以及前6阶固有频率和模态振型。对计算结果的分析表明:旋风刀架具有良好的静力特性和动态特性,能够满足设计要求。指出了旋风刀架结构设计的薄弱环节,并为其结构优化设计提供了一些参考数据。
