摘    要:针对四轴数控磨削机床加工复杂曲面时的局部干涉问题,提出一种基于圆弧面砂轮的干涉检测与消除方法。基于对两种局部干涉的分析,首先根据曲率拟合要求确定最佳的相对刀轴方向以避免过切干涉,然后根据磨削点的法向量确定合适的刀触点以避免轴向干涉。利用UG OPEN API通过二次开发完成叶片叶盆表面的加工仿真,仿真结果表明,该方法切实可行,表面加工误差可小于0.05mm。
