摘    要:首先提出了基于电热激发的主动拆卸方法、多级主动拆卸方法及其设计准则,结合实际案例分析,说明了基于电热激发的主动拆卸产品的一般设计方法;将有限元分析结果与实验结果、电热激发实验与传统的热激发实验进行对比,验证了电热激发方法的可行性,并将这些方法及其设计准则用于产品的主动拆卸设计,明显提高了产品的拆卸效率。
