摘    要:以800MN巨型模锻压机为研究对象,运用商用软件Marc,建立了并行承载C形板组结构的三维有限元模型,分析了由制造误差而形成的承载部件典型组配方式,研究了不同组配方式和不同承载板数量下关键部件的应力畸变规律,得到了保证力流均匀传递的并行承载结构组配规律。

Abstract:Using MSC.Marc,a three-dimensional finite element model of a 800MN forging press was built,different combination modes of the load bearing structure caused by manufacturing errors were analyzed,the law of stress distribution under different combination modes and different load-bearing plate numbers were studied.Finally,the combination law of parallel load bearing structure was set up and laid a preliminary foundation for the stable running of the equipment, which ensured the force flow uniformly.
