| 摘 要： | 阐述了国内外智能检测装备的研究成果和最新进展。首先，介绍了8种国内检测装置和4种国外智能检测装置的基本结构、特点和应用场合。然后，按栽物台与摄像头的相对运动方式说明了4类检测方式。最后，创新提出并设计了平面三自由度、空间三自由度、空间五自由度、空间六自由度4种新型的并联运动光学检测载物台，分别介绍了其结构组成、工作原理及特点。
