碳黑/聚氨酯共混导电纤维熔融纺丝的研究

摘    要:以聚氨酯为基体、碳黑为导电介质共混得到导电母粒,通过熔体纺丝法制得碳黑/聚氨酯共混导电纤维.研究表明:随着碳黑含量的增加,导电性增强,但纤维的力学性能、可纺性下降,当碳黑质量分数为16%时,其导电性和力学性能较好;分散剂的含量对纤维导电性也有一定的影响.

Abstract:Using polyurethane as matrix and carbon black as conductive medium, electric conductive master batch was prepared with the blend method, and the carbon black/polyurethane blend conductive fiber was prepared with melt spinning method. The results show that the conductivity of the fiber improves with increasing the content of the carbon black in the blend conductive fibres, but the mechanical property and spinnability of fibres descend. When the content of carbon black is 16%, the conductivity and property of mechanics of fiber are better. The content of dispersant also has some effect on conductivity of fibres.
