小型零件淬火介质的选用

摘    要:小型零件特别是薄壁零件、细长杆类零件等用传统的碱水或快速淬火油作为其淬火介质时,零件的变形不易控制,成品率较低。采用专用水溶性淬火介质代替碱水或快速淬火油作为薄壁零件的淬火介质、采用超快速光亮快速淬火油或水溶性淬火介质作为细长杆类零件的淬火介质,能满足产品的质量要求和成品率要求。

Abstract:This paper suggested applying specialized water soluble quenching media instead of traditional alkaline water or fast quenching oil to the quenching of thin--walled parts, and adopting ultra fast luminous quenching oil or water soluble quenching media in quenching slender parts which not only can overcome the deficiency of low yield and difficulty of deformation control but also guarantee the quality and yields of products.
