蔗汁射流气浮提纯工艺效果及参数优化

摘    要:介绍了超效射流这一高新分离技术在甘蔗制糖生产过程中的应用情况以及通过正交实验对相关工艺参数的优化结果。动态生产实验结果表明,该技术对于提高糖汁品质具有显著性和普遍性;静态对比正交实验对相关的主要工艺参数进行了优化,从而可以指导生产过程,使其基本在最佳状态下进行。

Abstract:The application of super effective fluidics used in the process of cane sugar production and optimized results of the relative parameters in the process derived from the orthogonal tests were introduced. The results of dynamically productive experiments showed that this technology was of notability and generality. Some relatively parameters were optimized by the comparison of statically orthogonal tests so that the process can be operated under the optimum conditions.
