摘    要:介绍了通过向钢中添加Cr、Mo等合金和采用TMCP工艺,开发生产符合或超过美国标准《桥梁结构钢ASTMA709》的高性能桥梁用钢HPS70W,该钢具有良好的热影响区硬度和焊缝低冷裂纹敏感性以及良好的焊接性能和低温韧性,是现代化桥梁用钢的优秀材料。

Abstract:This paper introduces the HPS 70W steel for bridge with the high performance developed and produced by TMCP technology and adding alloyed elements such as Cr and Mo in the steel, which can meet or excel the requirements of the HPS 70W grade steel specified in ASTM A709 Structure Steel for Bridge with its ideal hardness in heat-affected zone, low cooling crack sensitivity of the weld, good weldability and toughness at low temperature, so it is an excellent material in the application for bridge-building.
