漳州非传统水资源开发利用措施探讨

我国是一个水资源短缺的国家,人均占有量仅为世界平均水平的四分之一,与埃及、阿联酋等国一起被联合国认为是13个贫水国之一。水资源紧缺严重地影响了我国经济发展和人民的生活,这就要求我们重视对非传统水资源的开发。根据《民用建筑节水设计标准》GB 50555-2010,第4.1.5条:"景观用水水源不得采用市政自来水和地下水"的规定,非传统水资源的利用更是迫在眉睫。本论文以漳州市为研究区域,对漳州市非传统水资源的利用现状、可行性进行了探讨,为漳州市非传统水资源规划提供技术支撑。
