摘    要:随着电力市场工作的展开,传统集中式的能量管理系统(EMS)已日益难以适应市场环境的多变特点.在研究多主体系统以及本体论知识的基础上,将IEC 61970 公共信息模型作为EMS领域的数据本体,设计了一种新型开放式的EMS多智能体结构框架.这种体系结构能够满足新一代EMS日益提高的可靠性和互操作性的需求.

Abstract:With the development of electric power market,the traditional centralized energy management system(EMS) is hardly adaptive to the polytrope of market environment increasingly.The knowledge of multiagent system and ontology is analyzed.Based on IEC 61970 common information model (CIM) as the data ontology,a new and open type of EMS-oriented multiagent architecture is designed.This architecture can meet the ever-increasing requirements of reliability and interoperability for EMS of a new generation.
