摘    要:以安装于现场10 kV线路、低压台区和0.4 kV末端的无功优化协调控制设备为基础,通过建立配电网能效管理系统及配电网能效数据中心,实现配电网能源全过程透明监测与管理,以及实现能效的有效分析,并进行有效调节,达到能效的在控、可控,便于运行人员掌握配电网运行能效情况,有针对性地指导配电网建设及改造,保证配电网可靠、高效、经济的运行。

Abstract:In this paper, reactive power optimization coordinated control equipment is installed in 10 kV line, low voltage 0.4 kV end of the station area based on energy efficiency by establishing a distribution network management system and distribution network data center energy efficiency, energy distribution networks to achieve the whole process transparent monitoring and management and effective implementation of the analysis of energy efficiency, and effective regulation, to achieve energy efficiency in controlling controllable. Ease of operation of the distribution network operator is to grasp the situation of energy efficiency, targeted distribution network construction and transformation guidance to ensure that the distribution network reliable, efficient and economical operation.
