摘    要:通过对中储式钢球磨制粉系统磨煤机出口温度测量元件实际动态特性的分析,指出磨出口温度发生振荡时系统将存在着较大的爆破危险性。同时还指出了球磨机入口负压测点安装得不合理和由此带来对系统正常运行的影响。并提出了相应的措施。

Abstract:By means of a real dynamic characteristic analysis of the temperature detectors in the outlet of pulverized coal mill with mid-storage system, it shows that the fluctuation of the outlet temperature opens up great possibilities for the system explosion, also shows that the negative pressure measuring position is unsuitable, then the influence of which on the system operation is indecated and the relative countermeasures are provided.
