空载热备用输电线路电能计量分析

摘    要:在中性点直接接地系统中的空载热备用线路,对其计量电表进行分析,由于输电线路相对地、相相之间存在分布电容,会形成容性充电电流,通过TA、TV及TV二次回路传递到电能表进行计量时相位发生了偏移,造成有功电能反计。

Abstract:The measuring kilowatt-hour meter of no-loaded standby heat lines in neutral point directly earthed system is analyzed.Because of distributed capacitance between phase to ground and phase to phase of transmission line,the capacitive charging current would come into being,and its phase will deviate when it is measured in kilowatt-hour meter through current transformer,potential transformer and secondary circuit of potential transformer,which causes that the active power is measured incorrectly.
