铁山22井多种复杂同存情况下的钻井技术

摘    要:铁山22井Ф244.5套管下至井深1154.42m,Ф215.9井眼段长超过3000m,压力系数为静水柱及以下,最低地层压力系数仅0.553。在同一裸眼中发现水层、气显示层和漏层同存,钻井难度较大,钻井至4224m发生产水、溢流、井漏、卡钻等复杂事故10次,通过认真分析井下情况、精细技术措施,顺利钻至井深4224m。

Abstract:When 244.5mm casing was set at 1154.42m in Tieshan well 22,215.9mm hole interval is over 3000m, the pressure coefficient is static water pressure and lower, the lowest formation pressure coefficient is 0.553. The water layer, gas layer and loss zone are in the same borehole, the drilling operation is very difficult. When the well is drilled to 4224m, water production, overflow, lost circulation, drill pipe sticking ect. are occured. Through analyzing the borehole condition thoroughly and applying rational drilling technology, the well is drilled to 4224m successfully.
