| 摘 要： | 随着电力建设管理模式逐渐与国际接轨,在不同的管理模式下监理工作的内容及职责发生了相应的变化。本文主要介绍两种模式下监理的特点及职责。目前我国电力建设主要采用的是业主自行建设管理模式,随着电力建设管理模式逐渐与国际接轨,EPC总承包管理模式(设计-采购-建造)(Engineering Procurement Construction)开始在电力建设中采用,在EPC总承包管理模式下对监理工作的责任、权利、义务与电力行业传统的模式有不同的要求。

| Abstract: | C the contents and responsibilities of supervision under different management modes change respectively;this article focuses on the introduction of the features and responsibilities of two modes of supervision.Today,electric power constructions in china primarily adopt the mode of self-managed construction by the property owners.As the management mode of electric power construction is geared to international conventions,Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC),a variety of turnkey mode,starts being employed in electric power constructions.The EPC mode calls for different requirements to responsibility,right,and obligation of supervision from the tradition mode in the electric power industry. |
