摘    要:采用在线热裂解气相色谱-质谱法(Py-GC/MS)法研究了金银花提取物热裂解行为。在氦气氛围中,将金银花提取物分别在300、420、500、600和800℃下进行热裂解,并以GC/MS对其裂解产物进行定性和半定量分析,并用金银花提取物进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①金银花提取物在这一系列裂解温度下检测到的挥发性热裂解产物分别为33种、41种、50种、49种、23种;②金银花提取物裂解后产生大量醛类、酮类、酯类和呋喃类物质,这些物质是构成卷烟香味的重要物质,能改善卷烟吸味、减轻刺激性。该研究为香味物质在卷烟燃烧过程的转移行为提供了例证。

Abstract:The pyrolysis behavior of the Honeysuckle extract was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and on-line pyrol- ysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC/MS). In helium atmosphere, the extract was pyrolyzed at 300, 420, 500, 600, and 800℃, separately. The pyrolysis products were directly introduced into GC/MS and qualitatively and semiqualitatively analyzed. The extract was added into cigarettes as a flavor. The results showed that 1) There are 33 kinds of pyrolysates at 300℃, 42 kinds at 420℃, 50 kinds at 500℃, 49 kinds at 600℃ and 23 kinds at 800℃ ; 2) Under different conditions, the pyrolysates from the extraction of Honeysuckle are aldehydes, ketones, esters and furans. Most of the pyrolysates are the important components in cigarette smoke. It offers a possibility of the quality control on the extraction of Honeysuckle by using its fingerprint. This investigation provided an exemplification for the transfer behavior of tobacco essence in the cigarette burning process.
