| 摘 要： | 城市人口的急剧增长和老龄化已经影响到了中国城市的可持续发展."居家养老"是解决城市人口安居养老问题的一项可持续性的新举措.而把老龄住宅混合在普通居住区中是解决当前国情下老年人居住问题的最佳方法.老龄化的新型住区——混合老年住区的设计,需要从多样化的住宅体系和人性化的室内外环境等方面入手.

| Abstract: | The sharp Mueasing and aging of urban population have influenced the sustainable urban development of China.Home care is a new sustainable measure to solve the problem in urban population in terms of aging.And the way to mix residential area for aged people with ordinary residential areas is the best way to solve the living problems of aged people.The design of new mixed residential areas needs to be done from the aspects of diversified housing system and humanized indoor and ourdoor exvironment. |
