摘    要:介绍了中间架采用焊接结构产生的一些弊端——生产成本高,工艺流程复杂,并且生产效率低.工艺改进后为锻件结构,大大简化了工艺流程,并缩短了加工周期,生产效率大为提高,生产成本得以明显下降.

Abstract:The thesis introduces some shortcomings of middle frame in welding process:high production cost,complex technological process and low productive efficiency.After improving the technique,the middle frame is formed by forging process,simplifying the process,shortening the machining period,increasing the productive efficiency,decreasing the productive cost greatly.
