| 摘 要： | 针对张家口市日益突出的水资源供需矛盾,结合张家口市自然条件、雨水资源量、雨水水质状况及可能采取的雨水净化技术,提出了雨水蓄积利用、建造小型水环境等雨水截流利用的规划设想及政策支持建议,在解决水资源短缺、促进城市环境的可持续发展方面具有重要的指导意义.
