基于石蜡热膨胀的无缆双向微驱动器研制

摘    要:讨论了石蜡热膨胀性能,分析国内外基于石蜡热膨胀的微驱动器的工作原理和特点,并介绍笔者研制的一种电磁驱动热膨胀型无缆双向微驱动器。该驱动器基于蠕虫移动原理,并可通过外加磁场控制移动方向,成功地实现了无线驱动方式下的双向运动,使其在大驱动力、大变形量和医用内窥镜方面具有明显的优势。

Abstract:The performance of paraffin thermal expansion was discussed.The principles and characteristics of microactuators on thermal expansion of paraffin were analyzed all over the world.The development of a wireless bi-directional microactuator of thermal expansion by induction heating was introduced.The mechanism of the motions is based on the inchworm type of mobile mechanisms,it can be controlled by the magnetic fields supplied by the outer side,is able to move bi-directionally without power supply cables,and has evident advantage for use in big force,great strain and endoscopic-surgery.
