摘    要:运用FCES-100长期裂缝导流仪,在国内首次进行了地层岩心的支撑剂嵌入实验研究,考察了不同类型支撑剂、不同铺砂浓度对不同岩心的嵌入程度以及对导流能力的伤害程度。找到了影响支撑剂嵌入的主要因素和规律,并提出了克服支撑剂嵌入这一不良影响的有效方法。通过实验发现由于支撑剂的嵌入会使导流能力产生很大程度的下降;铺砂浓度越大,嵌入对导流能力的伤害程度越小;只有当闭合压力达到一定值时,嵌入的伤害才表现出来;铺砂浓度对导流能力的影响也很大,铺砂浓度增大一倍,导流能力将成数倍增加;在相同地层条件下,支撑剂在砾岩中的嵌入最为严重,泥岩其次,粉砂岩最小。文中还根据实验结果回归出了导流能力随闭合压力以及随时间变化的关系表达式,可以用来预测支撑裂缝导流能力的衰减趋势,对现场压裂有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:A experimental research on proppant embedment in core was firstly carried out in China by use of FCES-100 fracture long-ter m flow conductometer. The authors studied the effects of different proppants and sanding concentrations on the degrees of embedment in different cores and on th e damage level of flow conductivity; found out the main influence factors and l aw of proppant embedment; and put forward an effective method of overcoming the bed influence of proppant embedment. Through experiments it was indicated that the flow conductivity could be greatly reduced by proppant embedment; the great er the sanding concentration, the smaller the damage level of embedment to flow conductivity; only to a certain closure pressure value, could the damage of e mbedment be displayed; the influence of sanding concentration on flow conductiv ity was very strong, and if the sanding concentration increased by 100%, the f low conductivity would be doubled and redoubled; and, under the same formation conditions, the proppant embedment was most serious in conglomerate, then mud stone and then siltstone. In the paper, a regression equation expressing the va riation of the flow conductivity with the closure pressure and time is derived a ccording to the experimental results, which may be used for predicting the atte nuation trend of fracture flow conductivity and is of a certain guide significan ce to the on-site fracturing
