| 摘 要： | 对超大型井式渗碳炉设计制造中的难点，如温度均匀性、碳势均匀性、大型炉内结构件的热畸变、炉温及碳势的精确控制等进行了分析，并提出了一系列的技术措施和设计方案。通过试验和生产实践取得了成功，并获得较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The difficulty in designing and making a huge pit furnace,such as the uniformity of temperature and carbon potential,the heating distortion of the framework and the control of the temperature and the carbon potential in the furnace etc.,were analyzed,and a series of the technical measures and the design scheme were put forward.It was proved to be success in test and manufacture,and a good economy benefit was obtained. |
