| 摘 要： | 论文以信号处理理论为基础，提出了将加工数据中的系统性误差和随机误差与信号分析中的低频分量和高频分量相对应的分析方法和思路，介绍了小波分析中的多分辨率分析和小波包分析工具的原理，并以此为工具提取加工数据中的高、低频分量，即利用它们对机械加工中的数据进行分析、处理，从中提取包含在加工数据中的系统性误差和随机性误差，为及时了解工艺系统的状况，对其进行必要的调整、补偿提供依据，同时也为研究误差产生原因、机理及寻找其变化规律提供支持。

| Abstract: | Base on the signal processing theory,this paper advanced an error analysis approach,which it is correspond to signal analysis,and introduce principles(theorem) of multilevel analysis and wavelet packet.with these tools,information of systematic error and random error is extracted from working data,according to the information,system of technology will be adjusted and compensated correctly. |
