高性能烧结钕铁硼磁体的成分设计

摘    要:通过对Nd-Fe-B-O四相平衡的分析,定量计算了在一定工艺条件下Nd-Fe-B烧结磁体中的主相、富Nd相、富B相和氧化物相的体积分数以及磁体的室温剩磁和磁能积。Br和(BH)max分别为1.528T和451KJ/m^3是有可能制作出的烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体的磁性能极限。

Abstract:The volume fraction of Nd 2Fe 14 B,Nd 90 Fe 4B 4, Nd 1.1 Fe 4B 4 and Nd 2O 3 phases in sintered Nd Fe B magnets is calculated on base of the four phases equilibrium analysis of Nd Fe B ,and the magnetic properties are also evaluated. The remanence and magnetic product of about 1.523T and 451kJ/m 3, respectively, is the utmost magnetic property of Nd Fe B sintered magnet that can be practically fabricated.
