体膨型聚合物的合成及性能评价

摘    要:根据我国油田注水开发的现状及调剖堵水剂的发展方向,针对目前油田普遍存在高产水,深部调剖困难,调剖堵水剂用量大,操作成本高的缺陷,进行了一系列探索性的合成实验,研究合成高吸水性能树脂的以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸为主要单体配方,其中,添加油溶性单体和阳离子单体,从中找出最优化配方比例,并进行了一系列的吸水膨胀倍数等性能评价。实验结果比较理想,合成的体膨型聚合物在高含盐水中的吸水倍率已超过70倍,并且强度高,抗盐性较好。

Abstract:According to the existing situation of water-injecting exploitation in domestic oil field and the development directions of the domestic water-plugging agent,because the common presented problems at oil fields are that water production is high,and chemical treatments in deep area is very difficult.In addition,chemicals are always used in great quantities and treatments cost is too much..So series of explored formation experiments are conducted,studying high Water-absorbing polymer with mainly AM and AA as unit,added in oil-resolvable monomer and cation monomer,in order to find the optimization unit proportion.Then character experiments of Water-absorbing swell multiple are carried out.The results are comparatively ideal and swell multiple in brine have been exceeded 50 times..Furthermore,the water-plugging agents have characters of strong intensity and good salt-resistance.
