| 摘 要： | 描述了一种适用于寄生电容不灵敏开关电容网络(SCN)快速有效的分析方法．提出了有限增益运放的电容-nn模型，定义了nullator组元割集,在此基础上得到了用观察法直接形成组元电荷状态方程的方法，给出了计算实例。
