抑制条件下白腐菌降解氯代酚作用研究

摘    要:探讨了生物吸附作用对白腐菌降解氯代酚反应历程的影响,在实验条件下证实了白腐菌对氯代酚的吸附作用符合Freundlich等温吸附方程;利用Volterra修正模型定量描述了生物毒性抑制条件下白腐菌的生长与底物代谢的关系,建立了包括吸附-解吸和菌体死亡影响因素的白腐菌降解氯代酚动力学方程,Pearson检验结果显示,方程具有显的相关性。

Abstract:The effects of bio absorption on the degradation of chlorophenol with white rot fungi were studied. The results showed that the course which chlorophenol is absorbed by white rot fungi is in accordance with Freundlich law. The relationship between white rot fungi growth and chlorophenol decomposition under the inhibiton condition can be described with Volterra model, furthermore, the chorophenol degradation dynamic function, including the factors of bio absorption and desorbed and death of cell is established. The Pearson test showed that the function significant correlation.
