| 摘 要： | 对焦油加工系统生产过程中的中间产品酚、萘、洗三混馏分洗涤脱酚质量差的问题进行了分析、解决。通过对三混馏分含酚波动大、酚盐质量差、洗涤放料速度快等方面问题的查找和馏分塔回流、洗涤脱酚、洗涤放料操作的优化和改进,洗涤质量明显好转,洗涤操作时间由24h下降到19h,粗酚对焦油产率由0.49%提高到1.00%。

| Abstract: | The problem of low efficiency of dephenolization by scrubbing the tri-mixed fractions (phenol, naphthalene and wash oil) produced from coal tar processing was analyzed and solved. Through optimizing the reflux ratio of the fractionation column and improvement of discharge operation of the scrubbing process, the scrubbing effect is much better than before, the time of scrubbing is decreased to a great extent and the output of crude phenol is increased greatly. |
