高重频激光瞄准系统精度测试方法研究

摘    要:为满足对激光瞄准系统瞄准精度的测量要求,设计了一套激光瞄准偏差测试系统。该系统定标方法简单,靶标与拍摄系统相对位置固定,能够作为移动靶标测试激光跟瞄移动物体的瞄准精度。该系统能够跟踪高帧频的激光脉冲。通过对激光脉冲能量分布图像的分析确定了图像处理和灰度加权重心法相结合的光斑中心提取算法,提高了系统测试精度。并使用双光楔法对该系统进行了测试,实验结果表明系统对激光光斑中心的定位精度高于0.2 mm。该方法具有较高的工程应用价值。

Abstract:This paper presents a laser aiming accuracy test method to meet the aiming accuracy requirement of laser targeting system.The calibration method of the system is simple.The target and camera system are installed in a fixed relative position,so the system can be used as a moving target to test the laser aiming accuracy of moving objects.The system can track high frame rate laser pulses.The analysis of the grayscale image which shows the energy distribution of laser pulse shows that the centroid of the laser spot is not exactly the center.The system uses the weighted gray barycentric method to calculate the center position of the beam spot,which provides a better accuracy than the simple barycentric method.System test experimental results with double-wedge method show that the accuracy of laser spot center position is better than 0.2 mm.The method is valuable in engineering application.
