摘    要:以1780热连轧机机组第五架轧机在轧制过程中发生振动为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元和结构力学两种计算方法对第五架轧机架进行动力学分析,计算出其各阶固有频率。并将两种方法所得结果进行对比和验证,为机架设计和减少振动提供了理论基础。

Abstract:This paper studied the vibration of the 5th mill of 1 780 hot rolling one during the rolling process. Dynamic analysis using ANSYS finite element method and structural mechanics was carried out to calculate the natural frequencies of the frame of the 5th mill at each stage. Results obtained by the two methods were compared and verified, providing a theoretical basis for the design of frame and reduction of vibration.
